If you frequent therapy tik tok, or are a fellow clinician looking for a referral, my approach with clients in individual therapy is eclectic with a strong influence from psychodynamic and attachment theory.

You're the expert on you. You know what's it like to live your life, be in your brain and body, grow up in your family, and so on.
I'm the expert in the therapy stuff. I know the research, the science of how the brain works, and how what happens to us in childhood connects to how we function in adulthood.
Together, we will piece together your unique puzzle to get the picture you want your life to be.
It's going to be a bit messy, there will be some trial and error, and not everything will fit the first time, but I believe we can get there through a safe connection and willingness to dig into the mess.
