A huge transition, a huge change. A huge leap into independence. It’s a new adventure where you have no idea what you are doing. You still feel like a little kid inside, but everyone is telling you it’s time to do things on your own. Where the hell do you even start?

Come to Adulting 101 and learn everything you need to know to rock it in college. From life skills to navigating campus resources, and tools to manage your mental health, we have you covered.
What to Expect in Group
Adulting 101 will cover a variety of topics, all packed into three days, so you get the most out of your time, and don’t have to commit to a whole semester to get the benefits.

Stress Management
Dealing with Academic Pressure
Coping skills for anxiety and depression
Emotional Regulation
Self Care
Social Skills
Executive Functioning Guidance
Skills for Independent Living
Identifying and Utilizing Campus Resources
Advocating for Neurodivergence and other accommodations

Who can attend?
Group is designed for incoming college freshmen and rising high school seniors.
When is it?
There are two group sessions this summer
Friday June 26th: 5-7pm
Saturday June 27th: 1-5pm
Sunday June 28th: 1-5pm
Friday July 17th: 5-7pm
Saturday July 18th: 1-5pm
Sunday July 19th: 1-5pm
How much does it cost?
$150 per 3 day session

Only 10 spots are open per group.
